The company that we know as NexRev today was founded by Kenneth Smith in 1994. Through long hours and hard work in those early years, he not only achieved success in the controls installation marketplace but developed the vision for our company. Over the years, Kenneth added competencies to the company in the areas of energy efficiency, HVAC equipment commissioning, HVAC system testing and balancing, as well as video and data communications. These have combined to provide unique value to the national accounts customers we now serve.
Kenneth is a licensed Master Electrician, and keeps his status current across the country. His experience extends beyond the electrical discipline into the design and installation of mechanical systems in commercial, industrial, medical, military and communications facilities. Through his leadership NexRev is known as a leader in providing systems integration and technical services to customers all over the U.S. His vision has translated to our company motto: Trusted, Consistent, Nationwide.

Jeff brings over 30 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, having held various positions with Lennox Industries and The Trane Company. After spending his early years in the service and applications area of the industry, Jeff was given the task of establishing a dedicated National Account Technical Support department at Lennox. For over 15 years, Jeff dedicated himself to serving National Account customers in the role National Account Manager and most recently as Director of National Accounts working with retail, restaurant and entertainment clients.
Building quality products and providing superior service has been a cornerstone to Jeff’s success in our industry. His experience and vision working with owners and end users to provide the best solutions for their situation makes him a tremendous resource to NexRev and its growing customer base.

Ken's background for over thirty years has been business development and sales management relating to the technical aspects of HVAC equipment and Energy Management and Control systems. A degree in Business Administration and Management, with emphasis on Mechanical Engineering, provides Ken a solid foundation for understanding the systems in our customer's facilities.
Three decades of direct experience in the industry, working primarily directly with owners of large campuses or multiple facilities across the nation, make him a valuable resource for NexRev's national account customers.

Chuck brings over 25 years of experience in sales of direct digital controls and energy management systems to benefit our national accounts customers. After ten extremely successful years as a top performer with a controls manufacturer dedicated 100% to working with national retail accounts, Chuck brought his talents to NexRev.
Chuck embodies our company values, always keeping the customer's best interests as his primary responsibility. He is well-respected by customers and colleagues alike, and prides himself on the long-lasting relationships he has with his clients. Chuck's degree is in Finance, and he has added Six Sigma Green Belt core certification and well as several Miller-Hieman sales and management courses.

With an educational background in mechanical engineering and math, Rick brings nine years as a mechanical consulting engineer along with twenty-plus years of controls and building automation sales experience to NexRev. His ability to build relationships with clients by proving to be a trusted member of their team has brought great success. Rick's efforts have helped fuel our growth, and he counts some of the most prestigious members of the retail community as his customers.
In addition to his work efforts, Rick has given countless hours over the past fifteen years helping the youth ice hockey movement in the DFW area. He has served on several boards including President of the Alliance Hockey organization in North Texas and chaired the host committee for the 2009 14-and-under National Championships held here.

David Dellinger

David leads our Engineering team, developing and enhancing our product offerings and working with our Operations team to continuously improve our field crew procedures and documentation. David combines a degree in Electronic Engineering with over twenty years of experience with HVAC and energy management control systems, electrical systems, fire/security and CCTV systems. David spent 17 years working with a major EMS manufacturer serving the national retail marketplace. A member of the Association of Energy Engineers, David holds their CEM (Certified Energy Manager), CIAQP (Certified Indoor Air Quality Professional) and BEP (Certified Business Energy Professional) designations.
