Position: Customer Service Representative

Employment status: Full-time regular

Reporting directly to the service manager, the customer service representative will be assisting in providing support to our customers. The ideal candidate is organized, discrete, proactive, and a problem-solver. NexRev is headquartered in Plano, TX. We are looking for applicants that reside in the DFW area.

Reports to

Service Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls (Front Line call taker)
• Reporting from Customer systems
• Maintaining/creating service/warranty jobs and parts request
• Updating customer portals as needed
• Back up for service manager
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• High school education or equivalent; some college level education preferred
• Call Customer/ Customer service
• Handling multiple customer accounts

Skills

• Intermediate to advanced level skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, excel) required
• Excellent communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Preferred candidate qualities and characteristics
• Strong interpersonal skills and a consistently positive attitude
• Ability to build rapport and develop relationships
