Reporting directly to the service manager, the customer service representative will be assisting in providing support to our customers. The ideal candidate is organized, discrete, proactive, and a problem-solver. NexRev is headquartered in Plano, TX. We are looking for applicants that reside in the DFW area.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls (Front Line call taker)
Reporting from Customer systems
Maintaining/creating service/warranty jobs and parts request
Updating customer portals as needed
Back up for service manager
Other duties as assigned
Experience
High school education or equivalent; some college level education preferred
Call Customer/ Customer service
Handling multiple customer accounts
Skills
Intermediate to advanced level skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, excel) required
Excellent communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
