We receive only limited information from Stripe necessary to complete transactions and maintain your account, such as the last four digits of your card, card type, and billing address. This information is never stored on any NexRev system, it is only displayed when we view the transactions you initiated using the Stripe platform. The only information we store with regards to your payment information is an anonymized token/identifier we receive from Strip identifying your account and your default payment method. 15.1 NexRev Freedom Mobile App

15.2 NexRev Nexus IoT Devices
Extended Warranty and Data Retention:
If you maintain an active monthly device connection subscription for Nexus IoT Devices, your device data will be retained for the duration of your subscription plus 3 years. If you cancel your subscription, data retention reverts to the standard 1 year period for detailed data.
Sensor Data:
Nexus wireless sensors continuously collect and transmit environmental data to NexRev cloud services. This data is used for building optimization and analytics.
Device Connectivity:
Nexus devices require continuous internet connectivity. Connection quality data and device health metrics are collected to ensure reliable service.
15.3 Customer Portal and Analytics Platform
User Activity Monitoring:
We log user activity within the customer portal for security, audit, and service improvement purposes, including:

- Settings and configuration changes

Multi-User Accounts:

Demand Response Participation:
If you enroll in utility demand response programs, we may automatically adjust your building systems during demand response events based on pre-configured settings. You will receive notifications about demand response events and can opt-out of automatic adjustments through your account settings.

If you connect our Services to third-party energy management platforms, we will share data as necessary to enable the integration and as authorized by you.

- “Device” means any hardware device manufactured or sold by NexRev, including but not limited to IoT controllers, sensors, thermostats, and related equipment.
- “Customer Portal” means the secure, online interface provided by NexRev for account management, data access, and service configuration.
- “Documentation” means the technical specifications, user manuals, installation guides, and other documentation provided with our Services.
- “Sensitive Personal Information” means personal information that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, genetic data, biometric data, health data, sex life, or sexual orientation. NexRev does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information except for account credentials necessary for service delivery.
- “Aggregate/Anonymized Data” means data that has been de-identified and combined with other data such that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Acknowledgement and consent
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must not use our Services.
For Services requiring express consent (such as SMS communications), you will be asked to provide specific consent at the time of signup or when enabling specific features.
