Paul brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across energy management, technology, software, and manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for helping organizations scale—driving revenue growth, improving sales processes, and delivering meaningful customer outcomes, particularly in the building energy management and controls space.

The addition of Paul to our leadership team enhances our ability to accelerate the growth of AI-enabled innovations in facilities and energy management to businesses across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

As CRO, Mr. Wickberg will spearhead our go-to-market strategy, accelerate sales performance and strengthen our long-term customer relationships. He has accumulated deep industry knowledge, based on both technical understanding and insight into customer challenges and opportunities.

He has held executive leadership roles at companies including American Auto-Matrix/Cylon, Verisae, Emerson Climate Technologies, and Computer Process Controls. He is known for developing and advancing technical solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for both customers and the organizations he serves. Paul is a strong advocate for technology and consistently stays at the forefront of emerging tools, helping businesses leverage them for maximum impact.
